Our mission is to be a Design Led company who helps our customers, through creative thinking and ideation, adopt a DevOps best practice mentality across the end-to-end software development lifecycle. We will reduce the “idea to production” delivery time to hours or days, rather than weeks and months.

Our proven methodology is designed to help dramatically improve, then automate, the CI/CD process. Once the platform is implemented, D|OPS Digital service offerings follow a “Platform as a Product” type approach to accelerate the successful migration of pipelines and ensure rapid adoption and scalability across lines of business. By being firmly embedded within our customer’s teams to gain a thorough understanding of the SDLC, D|OPS Digital is well placed to augment other key activities and tasks associated with assisted development, cloud migration, FinOps, and risk management.

Our Senior Practitioners have a deep understanding of transformation and change in delivering DevOps, Security, SDLC, and Cloud Acceleration outcomes in some of the most complex highly regulated enterprise environments in the world. D|Ops Digital have access to over 100 qualified development and consulting resources located across Europe and the New York Metro area. In parallel, we have an industry leading “Early in Career” program designed to help young people with the right aptitude and attitude move into technology centric careers. Roles range from software development, testing and project management. It is one of our company goals to address the growing industry talent shortage deliver a conveyor belt of emerging talent schooled with the skills and best practices required to be relevant in the ever-important Application Economy.

Ben Boswell
CEO

Ben is a European Business Leader in the technology sector with a proven track record of success in driving growth and profit. His career has spanned nearly two decades, supporting a wide range of customers to access and implement innovative technology solutions, subsequently delivering growth and profit in all of the companies that he has worked for. As Area Vice President for WWT (Worldwide Technology), he spearheaded the introduction and growth of the European Global Enterprise Organisation to become a top ten player in the competitive enterprise technology sector. Prior to this, his career centred on driving sales for global technology manufacturers, Dell EMC, NetApp and F5 Networks, with 12 years in executive positions in both the European and US markets. He thrives on creating ‘Great Place to Work’ organisations and on building inclusive, high performance cultures. Ben is passionate about working with young people volunteering as a mentor with the Princes Trust working across both the schools and Enterprise sectors providing coaching for “would be” young entrepreneurs and those with the “aptitude and aspiration” to get into the technology sector.


Chris Cooke
COO

Chris is a founder, CEO, chairman and investor in the digital technology sector. Over the past 20 years he has launched and built multiple fast growth outsourcing, consulting and resourcing businesses on an international basis, including NP Group, a specialist Human Capital Services Group with a primary focus on pioneering new global technology resource models. A family man (married with three children) Chris enjoys travel, is a collector of art, with an interest in surrealism. Chris also has a passion for snowboarding, mountain biking and D|Ops Digital!


Ewelina Gozdziak
Chief of Staff

A driven and highly adaptable Leader with over 10 years’ experience in technology sector. Well versed in leading several high profile and volume recruitment projects. Instrumental in streamlining processes, implementing new solutions and strategies whilst improving staff retention, and partnering with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and areas for improvement and progression. Proven experience of leading complex projects and stakeholder management. Ewelina joined D|OPS Digital in July 2020 and she plays a leading role in driving strategy and long-term objectives to not only cement the business in London, but also looks at global growth and expansion. Prior to joining D|OPS Digital she worked in partnership with technology Enterprises helping build out their EMEA Consulting Services and Pre-Sales functions through the hiring of great technical Consultants and Architects in the Open Source space. She was responsible for the hands-on end-to-end recruitment life cycle and partnered with hiring managers to develop the best recruitment strategies. Ewelina is passionate about the technology and being in-the-know when it comes to the latest industry trends and best practices. She enjoys travelling, fitness and photography.


Rachel Sheen
Chief People Officer

Rachel Sheen is a creative and results-driven People and Happiness Officer and Cultural Leader. She has 10 + years of experience working in a variety of fast-moving, growing technology and facilities management companies. She has a passion for people and specifically for giving back to the wider community and creating and hosting fun charitable initiatives and team events that drive across-the-board engagement in a unique and sometimes humbling (or even challenging) environment. She delivers transparent, people-first programs.Prior to joining D|OPS Digital, Rachel supported WWT (Worldwide Technology) UK an organization that was recently ranked in 2017, 2018 Great Place to Work (UK Small Companies) and 2019, 2020, and 2021 Great Place to Work (UK Medium Companies).Rachel is a Mental Health and Invisible Illness Advocate and is a certified Mental Health First Aider with MHFA England and leads with Diversity and Inclusion in mind in everything she does!In her personal time, Rachel loves to eat out in London’s Rodizio’s and travel the world, particularly seeking out Europe’s ‘Hidden Gems’ (places yet undiscovered and untouched by mass tourism)! Rachel lives in North-West London with her husband Roy and her ‘Jug’ (PugXJack) puppy Horace!


Fraser Scallan
Client Partner, Delivery Lead

Fraser is currently working at LSEG, reviewing and helping define the DX Desktop strategy – with the ambition of providing an exceptional Developer experience to compliment the DX One/DevOps/Agile transformation. Prior to working at D|OPS Digital, Fraser has led various Infrastructure Engineering teams, most recently at AXA XL. He has extensive Financial services experience, having previously work at UBS, BNP Paribas, GE Money, The Abbey and Lombard Group.


Payal Jankhariya
Finance Director

Recently joined D|OPS Digital to assist the business with the company financials and implement new processes and procedures.Experienced finance personnel with ten years plus involvement in the staffing and recruitment industry. Previously Payal was head of Finance at Prospero Group Limited which is a leading UK Public Sector Recruitment Agency in teaching and social care. Payal started her career as an Interim contract manager and worked her way into finance. From payroll to credit control to accounts assistant to management accountant to finance manager to the head of finance giving her exposure to all aspects of the finance sector. Payal was born and brought up in Kenya and studied in Malaysia for two years before moving to the UK to complete her final year in BA (Hons) Business Economics at the University of Greenwich. Outside of work, Payal enjoys travelling, baking and working out.


Stuart Harling
Head of Engineering

My role is to lead and nurture the growing engineering team here at D|Ops, ensuring we provide the capabilities to the rest of our business in order to deliver successful client outcomes. I also focus on delivering our product and service strategy aligned to our core technology partners. I have worked in technology for over 20 years, starting my career as a Unix/Linux administrator and moving into technical project management, operations, agile delivery and engineering management. I am passionate about DevOps and have been applying the principles and practices since around 2014 both in my own teams and whilst working in previous DevOps consultancies. Out of work, I love spending time with my family, hanging out down the beach in Bournemouth where I live or being outdoors hiking, cycling and camping.
