Our mission is to be a “Design Led” company who helps our customers through creative thinking and ideation to implement the best practice of implementing a DevOps mentality across the end to end software development cycle. We will improve their delivery cycle from “Idea” to “Production” in days, rather than weeks & months.

Our proven methodology is designed to help to dramatically improve then automate the Enterprise CI/CD process. Once the platform is implemented, D|Ops Digital service offerings will then accelerate the migration of horizontally scaled CI/CD pipelines to public, private & hybrid cloud. By being firmly integrated into our customers SDLC, D|Ops Digital will be well placed to augment other key activities and tasks associated with Assisted Development, Cloud Migration, FinOps and Risk Management.

Our Senior Practitioners have a deep understanding of transformation and change in delivering DevOps, Security, SDLC, and Cloud Acceleration outcomes in some of the most complex highly regulated enterprise environments in the world. D|Ops Digital have access to over 100 qualified development and consulting resources located across Europe and the New York Metro area. In parallel, we have an industry leading “Early in Career” program designed to help young people with the right aptitude and attitude move into technology centric careers. Roles range from software development, testing and project management. It is one of our company goals to address the growing industry talent shortage deliver a conveyor belt of emerging talent schooled with the skills and best practices required to be relevant in the ever-important Application Economy.

Ben Boswell

Ben is a European Business Leader in the technology sector with a proven track record of success in driving growth and profit. His career has spanned nearly two decades, supporting a wide range of customers to access and implement innovative technology solutions, subsequently delivering growth and profit in all of the companies that he has worked for. As Area Vice President for WWT (Worldwide Technology), he spearheaded the introduction and growth of the European Global Enterprise Organisation to become a top ten player in the competitive enterprise technology sector. Prior to this, his career centred on driving sales for global technology manufacturers, Dell EMC, NetApp and F5 Networks, with 12 years in executive positions in both the European and US markets. He thrives on creating ‘Great Place to Work’ organisations and on building inclusive, high performance cultures. Ben is passionate about working with young people volunteering as a mentor with the Princes Trust working across both the schools and Enterprise sectors providing coaching for “would be” young entrepreneurs and those with the “aptitude and aspiration” to get into the technology sector.

Chris Cooke

Chris is a founder, CEO, chairman and investor in the digital technology sector. Over the past 20 years he has launched and built multiple fast growth outsourcing, consulting and resourcing businesses on an international basis, including NP Group, a specialist Human Capital Services Group with a primary focus on pioneering new global technology resource models. A family man (married with three children) Chris enjoys travel, is a collector of art, with an interest in surrealism. Chris also has a passion for snowboarding, mountain biking and Dops Digital!

John Lockyer
Director of platform engineering

John has spent over 20 years in the high-tech industry beginning his career as an Oracle and UNIX systems engineer for a data warehousing company before working his way through solutions architect, pre-sales, product management and numerous global leadership positions. As the Head of Product Management for Converged Platforms at Dell EMC, he worked closely with software and hardware engineering teams in the development of M&O solutions and the underlying platforms. He also served as their Americas CTO and global lead providing thought leadership and strategic direction to enterprise businesses and partners around the world. John’s previous experience includes positions at Waterline Data and World Wide Technology leading their systems engineering and consulting teams. He has a strong background in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and datacenter solutions. Originally from the UK John recently relocated to London after spending 30 years in the US; he now divides his time between London and New York. He enjoys mountain climbing, scuba diving, and spending time with his family.

Ewelina Gozdziak
Lead Recruiter and Business Development Manager

Ewelina has extensive experience as an IT recruiter with a strong background in sourcing for one off and high volume roles. She has a proven track record of managing full cycle recruitment for hundreds of search engagements within DevOps and technology sectors across EMEA. She is a trusted advisor to Directors and Hiring Managers experienced in attracting the best talent and developing recruitment strategies. Most recently she worked in partnership with Red Hat helping build out their EMEA Consulting Services and Pre-Sales functions through the hiring of great technical Consultants and Architects in the Open Source space. She was responsible for the hands-on end-to-end recruitment life cycle and partnered with hiring managers to develop the best recruitment strategies. Ewelina’a previous experience includes positions with Akamai Technologies, Sage Group and Amadeus recruiting consulting, presales, sales and technical talents across EMEA. Ewelina is passionate about the technology and being in-the-know when it comes to the latest industry trends and best practices. She enjoys travelling, fitness and photography.

Chris Geldard
Non Exec Director

Chris has been a the forefront of Fintech for 27 years after joining IBM in 1993 working on large mainframe systems, enabling them to perform internet banking in the late 90s, and then progressing through technology cycles from e-business, e-commerce, mobile payments and more recently in large scale deployments of cloud stack technologies. More recently Chris has co-founded a specialized firm ‘Modu.digital’ specifically focused on the cradle (product/proposition) to grave (complex cloud systems design and build) service; made up of a collective of the UK best in field CPO, CTO, CMO and CSO experts. Previously Chris was the CEO of Mettle, commercial “app” based bank and brought this to market in late 2019 and prior was market facing global head of Banking and Payments for Capco and their UK CEO.

Dominic Arnolda
Advisory Chief Financial Officer

Dominic has served as CFO for NP Group (digital resourcing and outsourcing) since 2014 and currently is also Advisory CFO for Dops Digital. He spent his formative years at Microgen Plc, an IT solutions provider whilst training and attaining his Chartered Accountant status. In July 2008 he moved to Kenexa Inc. to take on the EMEA Financial Controller role for the RPO and executive search divisions where he stayed for 2 years. Following which Dominic was UK & Ireland Financial Controller at Harvey Nash Plc. During his time there he gained much experience in the running of large publicly backed finance departments and the requirements and processes they entail.

Sintija Steinberga
Business Administrator

Sintija is responsible for onboarding new talent, managing corporate operations, scheduling meetings and video calls. Sintija supports the team in research activity for client assignments and is ultimately responsible for making sure logistics run smoothly and everyone is happy.Prior to joining DOPS, Sintija was working as a Finance and Operations Assistant supporting a small team of Senior Managers and Directors in the Public Sector. She helped to implement and maintain the marketing department and was responsible for the smooth running of daily processes.
